Thanks for your interest in contacting a CFA
officer or making application for membership.
After you have selected "Click Here" at the bottom of this page, you
will be transferred to a page with a test question that insures that
a real person, as opposed to a computer, is attempting to contact
us. When you have successfully answered the test question you will be directed to
our inquiry form page.
If you are a member and want to contact an officer, please complete
your name section as well as your e-mail address. You can then
type in your comment or question in the comment section at the bottom of the
page. Be sure to click on the Submit button.
If you are interested in joining the CFA, you will need to answer
all of the questions and in the comment section you will need to
provide the names and birthdates of your Cossitt parent and
grandparent. Be sure to click on the Submit button.
If you do not provide sufficient Cossitt
family information for us to find you in our master genealogy database, you
will be sent an e-mail with such a request. You will not be placed
in our master e-mail address book until we can find or place you in our genealogy
database.
